J Spencer Construction is a family owned, licensed, insured, and bondable construction business.  Owner, Jim Spencer’s construction career spans over 38 years.  Before establishing J Spencer Construction in 2008, Jim, was a partner with AJS Construction Co. (Est. 1981) and Anderson Spencer Company (Est. 2000).
