Through the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, J Spencer Construction is a certified Lead-Based Paint: Repair, Renovation, and Painting Contractor. This is required of contractors who perform renovations, repairs and painting projects which disturb lead-based paint in homes, apartments, child care facilities, and schools built before 1978. We are also a licensed roofing contractor in the State of Illinois. Our license # is 104.015334.
